AUTOHOME hard-shell roof tent COLUMBUS VARIANT - SMALL X-Long

It is the highest roof tent at all: When open, it reaches an interior height of about 150cm. After opening the rear closure, the upper roof shell is erected by the two gas springs and the tent fabric is stretched tight. Closing the roof tent is just as quick and easy: just pull it closed, fold the fabric and the journey can be continued safely.

The shells have a clear, flowing, aerodynamic and aesthetically perfect line - even on small vehicles.

The tent fabric is a high quality waterproof fabric MADE IN GERMANY, which does not retain water vapor inside the tent, but releases it naturally and resistant to extreme temperatures (-40°C/+70°C).

The COLUMBUS - roof tent has an under-hung ceiling, whose air cushion provides excellent thermal and acoustic insulation in the rain for a healthier and quieter environment.

The roof shells do not deform in heat, are UV resistant and color stable.

In thunderstorms, the fiberglass roof does not attract lightning.

The design of the COLUMBUS roof tent allows you to stow bags, sheets, sleeping bags, as well as personal items while driving, protected from the weather.

Standard features include 1 high-quality mattress, 2 interior pockets (1 pocket per side), a lamp with 3 high-luminosity LEDs (batteries included), 2 entrances on both sides with interior roll-up mosquito nets, a large variable entrance on the back (adjustable in 6 ways), a height-adjustable non-slip aluminum ladder, a convenient storage net in the upper part. All openings are equipped with fine-mesh and blackout mosquito nets, i.e. from the inside you can see out, from the outside you can not see in.

The Small + Medium - models are prepared for additional mounting of a roof rack (eg for transporting surfboard, kayaks...)

The X-Long version is 20cm longer than the SMALL size and offers not only large people more space comfort. It is suitable for medium and large vehicles ( 4x4, minivans, vans, SUV and station wagon).
