Please measure exactly which size 12V LED TV can really be installed in your vehicle. Often 19 inch TV sets differ immensely in the size of the frame or the installation depth. Sometimes "only" the 15-inch set will fit, but it guarantees a very good picture and great viewing pleasure in the small space.
When buying your camping TV, look for a detachable base. In many cases, the 12V TV is installed in caravans, trucks or motor homes without a base. However, for private use, for example in the garden shed, this may be urgently needed.
