Der Klassiker unter den Dichtungsmassen: Die abtupfbare Dichtungsmasse Dekaseal 8936 besticht durch hohe Dichtigkeit, UV-Beständigkeit sowie Elastizität, da sie nicht aushärtet und etwas dauerklebrig bleib, daher ist er nicht überlackierbart. Optimal für den Einsatz bei Anwendungen ohne sichtbaren Fugenrand (Klappen, Luken, Seitenfenster, Kederleisten, Außensteckdosen, etc.) Seine Stärken sind außer der hohen Dichtigkeit die einfache Demontierbarkeit, das heißt die Masse ist gut geeignet für Verbindungen, die zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt wieder gelöst werden müssen.

Verarbeitung:

Dekaseal 8936 kann mit der Hand oder einer Druckluftpistole aufgetragen werden. Beim Einsatz von Druckluft werden 2 – 3 Bar benötigt. In Fugen, Spalten usw. streichen und glätten. Überschüssiges Material kann nach kurzer Ablüftzeit mit sich selbst abgetupft werden. Das Material kann mit Terpentinersatz entfernt werden. Die Dichtungsmasse bleibt nach Trocknung leicht klebrig, ist aber geruchlos und greift den Lack nicht an.

Anwendung:

Abdichten von Überlappungen und Fuge im z.B. Bus-, Wohnwagen-, Reisemobil-, Zug- und LKW-Bau.
Abdichten von Schraubverbindungen.
Abdichten von Sonnendachsystemen.
Anwendung unter Verblendungsstreifen für die Installation von Fenstern und Lichtkuppeln in Wohnwagen und Reisemobilen, Anhängern und im Containerbau.
Geeignet zur Anwendung zwischen Metallplatten, Glas, GFK, Holz und anderen Werkstoffen.
Abdichtung von Gummi-Glas-Verbindungen in Bussen, Autos, Zügen und LKWs.
