Sika Primer-207 ist ein schwarzer Voranstrich auf Lösemittelbasis, der mit Feuchtigkeit reagiert und eine dünne Schicht bildet (filmbildend). Diese Schicht wirkt als Bindeglied zwischen Untergrund und Klebstoff. Sika Primer-207 wurde speziell zur Vorbehandlung von Klebeflächen in Kombination mit Sikaflex Klebstoffen entwickelt. Dieser Primer zeigt auch ohne vorherigen Einsatz von Sika Aktivator auf vielen Untergründen eine ausgezeichnete Haftung. Sika Primer-207 fluoresziert für einen begrenzten Zeitraum unter langwelligem UV-Licht. Diese Eigenschaft wird für die Prozesskontrolle verwendet.


Anwendung

Sika Primer-207 wird verwendet um die Haftung auf einer Vielzahl von verschiedenen Untergründen wie Glas, keramikbeschichtetem Glas, Kunststoffen, Grundierungen, lackierten Oberflächen, KTL und Metallen zu verbessern. Herstellerempfehlungen beachten bevor Sika Primer-207 auf spannungsrissgefährdeten Materialien verwendet wird. Vorversuche müssen mit Originalmaterialien durchgeführt werden, um Spannungsrisse zu vermeiden. Dieses Produkt ist nur für erfahrene Anwender geeignet. Um Haftung und Materialverträglichkeit sicherzustellen, müssen Vorversuche mit Originalmaterialien unter den jeweiligen Bedingungen durchgeführt werden.
