Bei Untergründen mit einer niedrigen Oberflächenspannung – meist Kunststoffe – oder wenn die Zusammensetzung des Untergrunds einmal nicht bekannt sein sollte, empfiehlt es sich, unseren Haftreiniger Dekavator zu verwenden. Er gewährleistet eine dauerhafte Klebung und verhindert im Außenbereich das Eindringen von Feuchtigkeit. Der Dekavator verbessert die Klebbarkeit, denn er fungiert als chemische Brücke zwischen Fügeteil und Klebstoff.

Anwendung:

Vorbehandlung von Aluminium, Stahl, Kupfer und Messing
Vorbehandlung von pulverbeschichtetem Metall
Vorbehandlung von lackiertem Metall (die Verträglichkeit des Lösemittels mit dem Untergrund sollte vorher überprüft werden)
Vorbehandlung von (keramisch beschichtetem) Glas
Vorbehandlung von Polyester (GFK)
Vorbehandlung von ABS
Vorbehandlung von PVC

Verarbeitung:

Die Substrate sollten sauber, trocken, staub- und fettfrei sein. Die Verpackung sollte bis zum Gebrauch gut verschlossen bleiben. Dekavator kann direkt aus der Originalverpackung benutzt werden, sofern Verschmutzung und Viskositätsteigerung verhindert wird. Die Farbe sollte transparent sein (wann die Farbe milchig transparent ist, ist das Produkt nicht mehr zu verwenden). Es sollte verhindert werden das Dekavator in Kontakt mit Wasser kommt, bis das Produkt ausgehärtet ist auf dem Substrat. Deswegen wird empfohlen zwei Öffnungen in die Dose der Aluminium-Abdichtung zu machen. (Ob dies möglich ist, hängt von der Dose ab). Direkt nach Verbrauch die Dose wieder schliessen. Dekavator in einer dünnen Schicht auftragen. Reiben Sie die Oberfläche kräftig mit einem sauberen, farbfreiem Tuch, befeuchtigt mit Dekavator, ab. Nach einer Trocknungszeit von etwa 5 Minuten (das Lösemittel sollte komplett abgelüftet sein; je niedriger die Temperatur, je länger die Trocknungszeit), kann der Klebstoff / Dichtstoff aufgetragen werden.
