The cassette can be put away completely filled without any problems - even five to six days.The prerequisite is that the cassette is full.Since there is only a very small volume of air in a filled cassette, the gases can expand only minimally and thus only a very small pressure is created in the cassette, which is negligible. This process simultaneously stops the fermentation process. Due to this fact, venting of the cassette is no longer necessary.The cassette can be carried along in the storage space even at very high temperatures.The cassette is leak-proof and odor-tight at the factory. Of course, it must be transported in a tilt- and slip-proof manner and closed properly.
