How to find spare sparts in Reimo's online shop:
Identify the product using the Reimo item number
If you bought your accessory or part in our online shop, at our camping megastore or from one of our dealers, it's simple:You can use the Reimo item number (in the invoice or on the packaging) to find the product by searching with the search function in our online shop.
Identify the product using the manufacturer's item number
If you bought a product from a retailer elsewhere, you would have to try to find out the manufacturer's item number. This shouldn't be a problem for the big brand manufacturers. Products can usually be found easily via their websites. Otherwise, please try online or by calling your point of sale.
Search in Reimo's online shop with the manufacturer number
In our online shop you have the possibility to search for the item number of the manufacturer in various places. Within the shop categories, there is an input field "Manufacturer Item No."This can be done e.g. in the categories Thetford Spare Parts, Truma Spare Parts or Alde Installation & Spare Parts.
Spare parts display in item details in the Reimo shop
For a large number of RV and camper items, we have stored the spare parts in form of a list. This list is displayed in the item detail view beneath the description.
If available, a schematic graphic or exploded view is shown in which the individual parts are numbered and assigned to the spare parts in the list.
You can order directly from the list using the shopping cart symbol.
We do not always have all spare parts in stock! Some spare parts are only ordered when an actual customer order has been placed. So we only order from the manufacturer when you order these parts in the shop.
We ask for your understanding that we cannot keep all possible spare parts for different types of RVs and campers in stock.

In this case, it is best to send an inquiry by email to a local Reimo dealer, who will then order the spare part for you.
State what you need as precisely as possible: manufacturer, spare part number, item number and designation of the product for which a spare part is required, possibly date of purchase or date of manufacture.
